1. To resolve a piece of a larger issue or goal
2. As emotional first-aid for stress in the moment
Larger issues tend to involve multiple emotions and are often best addressed with the help of a practitioner. Ditto on tapping to achieve a life goal. But for quickly relieving stress in the moment, EFT works GREAT—even for beginners!
And it will give you confidence in the method for working on larger issues.
